Running camps

Welcome to the section on training camps! I have planned a 7-day running camp at the Central Olympic Training Center in Zakopane for the year 2024. In my opinion, this is the ideal place for sports enthusiasts. Due to its location in the Tatra Mountains, it is particularly unique, as training in the mountains can have twice the impact on improving your endurance and fitness.

You will be training at the Olympic Training Center, where the best of the best train. This facility offers incredible sports infrastructure for virtually every sports discipline.

FOR WHOM IS THE CAMP:

• For anyone who wants to improve their running strength, technique, and endurance.
• For anyone who wants to spend a sporty running week under the guidance of professionals and meet interesting people.
• For anyone who has planned various road and mountain running events in the fall of 2024.
